ABOUT GRACEFUL GOLFER

Hey everyone! We are Anna and Armana, two friends that met while playing professional golf and decided to start a blog. We have known each other since 2016 on a mini-tour in Arizona. Since then, we have competed, traveled and worked together across the country. We chose to start a blog to share our love of the game of golf, while also our travels and our daily lives.

Armana is from Nebraska originally. She started playing golf when she was 12 years old with her family, where it eventually grew to a love for the game. She competed in high school winning state and then played college golf at Creighton University and University of Nebraska-Omaha. Armana decided to continue her golf career and moved to Arizona. In January 2016, she turned pro and is working her way through the mini tour circuit.

Anna was born and raised in San Clemente, Ca. She found her passion for golf in Rancho Mirage, California at Mission Hills Country Club. She still dreams about jumping into Poppies Pond next to the 18th green on the Dinah Shore Course after one day winning the LPGA Major. Golf runs in her family; her brother attended the University of Hartford, golfing for the Hawks. She enjoys her “friendly competitions” with her brother and dad. She attended the University of Iowa on a golf scholarship. Anna graduated as a Hawkeye in May 2014 with a Mass Communication degree to later turn professional. She is currently competing on the Cactus and Symetra Tour.

Our shared love for the game of golf and us wanting to share about us, what we know and what we learn has inspired us to create Graceful Golfer. But beyond that, we are excited to create a place in blogging for women who love or are interested in golf and also are interested in travel, skincare, fashion and finding happiness.
