Be Happier with 10 Easy Life Changes

We are all looking for ways to be happier!

Here are 10 things that I do in my life to add to my life and help me be happier:

  1. Drink more water
    • Our bodies are made up of 60% of water, which means it is extremely important to stay hydrated. Drinking a gallon of water a day had tons of benefits, Increases Energy & Relieves Fatigue, Promotes Weight Loss, Flushes Out Toxins, Improves Skin Complexion, Maintains Regularity, Boosts Immune System, Natural Headache Remedy, Prevents Cramps & Sprains.
  2. Workout
    • Put yourself first, even if it is for 30 minutes a day. Stop making excuses and just do it. It doesn’t need to be an intense workout but get outside, go for a walk just get moving, you will be amazing how much better your body and mind will feel!
  3. Take vitamins
    • Taking my vitamins is part of my morning routine! It prevents getting sick and keeps my body strong. I take a multivitamin, fish old and biotin.
  4. Stay Organized
    • There is a place for everything. Organizing will eliminate so much stress and keep your life in order. When I get home from a road trip the first thing I do is start unpacking and get my laundry in order,I may be a little OCD; also when I cook I clean as I go.
  5. Stop making excuses
    • No one likes someone who constantly is making an excuse for everything. Instead focus on the positives, learn from mistakes and if you don’t like something change it, find a solution. This will changed your entire lifestyle. LAW OF ATTRACTION
  6. Turn your phone on Do Not Disturb
    • Take a break from your phone to be happier. Nowadays, everyone is so consumed in their phones, social media and what everyone is talking about online. Take some time for yourself, company you are with, play a game or try reading a book. I put my phone on DND every night from 10pm-7am to make sure I am getting sleep and not being woken up  from my phone.
  7. Stretch
    • Stretching is soooo important and I am guilty of not doing enough of it but let me tell you, it really is so beneficial. Stretching helps your muscles recover from that workout you did!
  8. Do a face mask
    • Take 10-15 minutes to relax and help your skin! You can do this in the morning while you are going through your emails or at night after a long day.
  9. Eat clean
    • Eating clean is not cheap but it is worth it! Eating organic food is so beneficial, they have higher nutrition levels and lower pesticide residues. A boss body always starts in the kitchen.
  10. Get ready for tomorrow
    • Make a list of what needs to get done tomorrow, clean up around the house, get your meals and snacks put together so you can wake up refreshed, not rushed and be ready to conquer the day!
